We specialise in the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and renewable energy (RE) power plants, supported by a comprehensive range of RE consulting and operation and maintenance (O&M) services.

Our SEDA registration — reference number SEDA-RPVSP-2024/183 — reflects our compliance with Malaysia's stringent renewable energy standards and our eligibility to participate in national programmes including the Feed-in Tariff (FiT), Net Energy Metering (NEM), and SELCO schemes under the Renewable Energy Act (Act 725).
This credential is a mark of trust and a commitment to our clients, regulators, and the broader Malaysian public.

Muhammad Yazid Yunus
Executive Director
Mr. Yazid is a SEDA GCPV-certified renewable energy professional with more than 12 years of hands-on experience in the solar PV industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Industry from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
His career is distinguished by a series of landmark achievements in Malaysia's solar energy sector. He led the development of Malaysia's very first 8 MWp Solar PV Farm in Negeri Sembilan in 2012 — a milestone that set the stage for the country's large-scale solar ambitions. He went on to complete numerous rooftop and commercial-scale solar PV projects across Shah Alam, Port Klang, and Bentong, earning recognition from the industry through the ACEM Engineering Award 2013 and the ASEAN Best Practices Renewable Energy Projects Award 2014.
Mr. Yazid has managed commercial-scale projects under the FiT, SELCO, and NEM mechanisms, and was instrumental in developing Large Scale Solar (LSS) projects — 120 MWp under LSS1 and 58 MWp under LSS2.
As Executive Director of Summit Energy Resources, he leads the company's vision of delivering comprehensive, end-to-end renewable energy solutions — from site assessment and financial planning through to construction, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.
